The owner of a mid-rise condominium property in Denver contracted with ASR for repair and remediation of significant construction deficiencies, and we collaborated with the client and the consulting engineer to execute the project quickly and efficiently.
The scope of work included preconstruction services, construction management, resident communication and coordination, parking structure repairs, plaza deck repairs, elevated balcony repairs, building envelope repairs, and interior and exterior cosmetic repairs.
A comprehensive communication plan was developed and executed based on ASR’s 22 years of experience repairing occupied properties, ensuring the project stakeholders and residents were kept up-to-date and provided with accurate and timely construction-related information.
