Most of our project managers hold a bachelors degree in a construction-related field, and have been with the company for more than ten years.

Tim McNutt – Principal


Tim has over 34 years of experience in commercial and residential construction management in Colorado, Wyoming, California and New Mexico, with a primary focus on repair and remediation projects. He is a principal of ASR Companies and is responsible for strategic planning, project management and special projects. He received his B.S. in Construction Management from Colorado State University.

Chris Boortz – Principal


Chris has over 32 years of construction management experience in Colorado and California, with a primary focus on repair and remediation projects. He is a principal of ASR Companies and oversees business development, sales, marketing and customer relations. He received his B.S. in Construction Management from Colorado State University.

John McNutt – Principal


John has more than 41 years of financial and administrative experience with both public and private companies. He is a principal of ASR Companies and oversees finance and administration, strategic planning, and the safety and health program. He received his B.S. in Accounting from Colorado State University and is a CPA (Inactive).

Chris Evans – Principal, ASR Texas


Chris has over 23 years of environmental consulting, construction project management and real estate asset management experience in the public, private and institutional sectors. He is a principal of ASR Texas and oversees operations, production and quality management. He received his B.S. in Environmental Engineering from West Virginia University and his M.B.A. in Real Estate Finance from Florida State University.

Rob Kabza – Vice President, Construction


Rob has over 26 years of construction management experience in Colorado, with a primary focus on project management, construction operations and reconstruction projects. He oversees production and quality management, and provides leadership for all projects from the preparatory planning phase through the construction completion. Rob received his B.S. in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
Jason Luce

Jason Luce – Vice President, Sales and Marketing


Jason has over 20 years of sales leadership and construction management experience, with a primary focus on technical sales, project management construction operations and reconstruction projects. He is responsible for leading people, processes and systems for the marketing, business development and customer relations process. Jason received his B.A.S in Industrial Distribution from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.

Jeff Chevalier – Business Development


Jeff has more than 39 years of experience in business development, marketing, finance and sales. He has worked with both Fortune 500 companies and with privately held companies. At ASR Companies, he is responsible for business development and sales and marketing support. Jeff received his B.A. in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas and his M.B.A. from the University of Denver.

Tim Wolf – Chief Estimator


Tim has more than 25 years of construction management and estimating experience on both commercial and residential projects. He manages estimating and preconstruction planning for ASR Companies. Tim received his B.S. in Construction Science from Texas A&M.

Kelle Cozart – Estimator/Project Manager


Kelle has more than 23 years of experience in commercial and residential construction, focusing on estimating and project management. She is a fire and water restoration specialist, is a certified mold and asbestos remediator, and is experienced in bio-hazardous cleanup. Kelle is completing a B.S. in Project Management at Colorado Christian University.

Kenny Jaquez – Resource/Project Manager


Kenny has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, with extensive experience in structural and building envelope repair, carpentry and mold remediation. He is a certified mold remediator, and has his OSHA and HBA of Metro Denver Quality Construction certifications.

Steve has more than 25 years of experience in commercial and residential construction supervision, and is knowledgeable in scheduling, project management, quality control, inspection and customer service. He received his B.S. in Construction Management from Colorado State University.

Rob Chilelli – Senior Project Manager


Rob has over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential construction management, work scope and budget development, customer relations, procurement and inventory maintenance, and is a certified EPA Lead Renovator. His responsibilities include preconstruction planning and project management, supervisory staff management and safety oversight.

David Grant – Senior Project Manager


Dave has over 36 years of experience in multifamily and single-family home construction in Colorado and California, with a focus on project and customer service management. His responsibilities include preconstruction planning and management of residential reconstruction projects. Dave completed the certificate program in Light Construction Management at Saddlerock Community College in California.
