Chris Boortz

Principal

Chris has over 32 years of construction management experience in Colorado and California, with a primary focus on repair and remediation projects. He is a principal of ASR Companies and oversees business development, sales, marketing and customer relations. He received his B.S. in Construction Management from Colorado State University.‍

John McNutt

Principal

John has more than 41 years of financial and administrative experience with both public and private companies. He is a principal of ASR Companies and oversees finance and administration, strategic planning, and the safety and health program. He received his B.S. in Accounting from Colorado State University and is a CPA (Inactive).‍

Rob Kabza

President

Rob has over 26 years of construction management experience in Colorado, with a primary focus on project management, construction operations and reconstruction projects. He oversees production and quality management, and provides leadership for all projects from the preparatory planning phase through the construction completion. Rob received his B.S. in Construction Management from Colorado State University.‍

Jason Luce

Vice President

Jason has over 20 years of sales leadership and construction management experience, with a primary focus on technical sales, project management construction operations, and reconstruction projects. He is responsible for leading people, processes, and systems for the marketing, business development, and customer relations process. Jason received his B.A.S in Industrial Distribution from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.‍‍

Nate Skrdla

Director of Construction

Nate has over 20 years of Construction Management in Project Planning, Project Management and Purchasing experience. His focus is on Trade Partner, Vendor and Supplier relations. He supports the production team in meeting project goals, timelines, and budgets. Nate received his B.S in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.

David Fleck

Project Director - Emergency Services and Environmental

David has 20 years of experience in residential homebuilding and 12 years of experience in environmental work. This includes asbestos abatement, mold remediation, lead abatement, bio cleanup and water and fire mitigation with a primary focus on customer service. He is responsible for sales and managing all environmental and mitigation work.

Scott Kegley

Project Director – Concrete Restoration and Waterproofing

Scott has over 17 years of experience in the new and restorative construction industry, specializing in concrete restoration, waterproofing, construction systems compatibility, materials application, building consulting and assessment, and quality assurance. He is responsible for business development, estimating, project management, and helping manage day to day operations in the Concrete Restoration and Waterproofing Division.

Paul Murray

Project Director

Paul has over 18 years of experience in the restorative construction industry including cost analysis, project management, and client relations. Paul is responsible for business development, estimating, and project management of our capital improvement division.

Rob Shah

Project Director

Rob has over 17 years of experience in the construction industry with a primary focus on estimating, sales, and project management. He is PMP certified (Project Management Professional) and Level-3 certified in Xactimate. He is responsible for supporting the sales/estimating team and developing process improvement best practices. Rob graduated with distinction from The Pennsylvania State University with a major in Management and a minor in International Business.

David has over 39 years of experience in the restorative construction industry, including 14 years in field roles from laborer to project superintendent, and 25 years in project estimating and management. His expertise spans structural repairs, building envelope restoration, insurance remediation, construction defect repair, waterproofing, grading and drainage, and roofing for residential and commercial properties. David also provides litigation support, covering cost-of-repair analysis and expert testimony for both plaintiffs and defendants. At ASR Companies, he leads complex projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

EVELYN SAAVEDRA

Designations: CMCA, AMS, PCAM

Evelyn brings over 23 years of experience in HOA management, including on-site and portfolio roles across condo, high-rise, mixed-use, and large-scale communities. She holds CMCA, AMS, and PCAM designations and is well-versed in reserve study evaluation, budgeting, and Board training. Known for her strong client and community relationships, Evelyn tailors communication strategies to bridge generational gaps and ensure effective engagement at every level.
