While the scope of our work can change, our mission to develop a relationship of trust and confidence with our clients remains the same. This was especially key during this elevated balconies repair project. Because the apartment units were occupied throughout construction, it was essential to maintain normal and safe access to all units during the six-month project.

The primary scope of repair work was the removal and replacement of the elevated concrete balconies. A poorly constructed balcony can result in water intrusion damage to the structure and cause safety issues. From the guard walls to balcony doors, we worked to deliver a high-quality repair that is safe for the residents.

Aside from ensuring access to all the apartment units, the health and safety of the residents and general public was important throughout this very active jobsite. In addition, we had to protect our workspace from inclement weather, while also maintaining minimum temperatures required for installation of the waterproofing system.

Many challenges were faced throughout this project, but it did not keep ASR from completing the project safely, on schedule and within budget. Along with our mission, we are thankful to have worked with cooperative residents and a professional and strategic on-site property management team.
