Recently, we worked on the parking structure attached to a premier commercial office building in the Denver Tech Center. Following an engineer’s condition assessment, it was determined that the parking structure was in need of structural concrete repairs (beams, joists, columns and corbels), crack and joint repairs, expansion joint repair, sealants and a waterproofing/traffic topping system.

The process was executed in phases to allow continuous site access and parking structure operation. This was done through ASR’s focus on self-performed work – meaning our project management team had total control over the site and production team. This helped ensure the safety of the building  tenants and the general public as we worked to restore the structure to pristine condition.
