The ASR Team worked with the management group at Woodstream Falls Condominiums on a critical roofing improvement project. The objectives were to completely recoat the large roofing area without disrupting the residents in the community, while ensuring uninterrupted functionality for items located on or near the roof. This included maneuvering around existing satellite dishes, drains, vents, and rooftop decks.

As with all ASR projects, our team followed the 11 Core Standards for delivering an excellent client experience, including constant communication, adherence to timelines, impeccable cleanliness standards, and our number 1 priority -- the utmost safety in all areas of the project. The final result was a much needed roof transformation, and another happy ASR client!
