When it comes to commercial properties, we work closely with owners and managers to ensure properties are in the best condition to attract and maintain tenants. Not only does this complex serve as a place of residency, there are retail tenants working to keep their stores up and running. After careful planning and strategizing, it was agreed that it was time to upgrade and maintain the building envelope and balconies.
Our team of experienced professionals and craftsmen worked hard to repair the building and ensure its structural integrity. The project included removal and replacement of structural framing on inset balconies, exterior wall repairs, stucco removal and replacement, and replacing sealants at brick control joints around the windows.
The metal balconies also underwent repairs that included installation of new decking and BASF MasterSeal traffic coating, along with prep, paint, sealants and resetting the balcony doors.
In every project, we value building a relationship of trust and confidence with our clients. However, with the wide variety of tenants in this building, this project required particular care and attention. Establishing a relationship with building management personnel during this year long balcony and building facade repair made it easy to ensure the health and safety of tenants, customers, employees and general public.
