Description:  Construction defect repairs, including grading and drainage, structural, and building envelope issues.

Project Scope:

  • 225 occupied multifamily units
  • Exploratory testing
  • Develop and execute comprehensive resident communication and coordination plan
  • Grind concrete at front entry doors and walkways to remove elevated ledges
  • Building envelope repairs, including window and door flashing replacement, roof repairs, and siding, stone and brick repairs
  • Repair 33 elevated decks, including installation of new sleepers and plywood decking, re-flashing, removal and re-set of sliding glass door, and installation of  BASF Conipur II fluid-applied, polyurethane waterproofing system
  • Civil repairs, including re-grade at building perimeters to establish positive drainage, and installation of new concrete vee pans and sidewalk chases
  • Removal and replacement of 33 concrete patios to enhance drainage plan
