Description: Repair and remediation of hail damage, including roofs, gutters and downspouts, windows and screens, siding and trim, garage doors, flashing, fencing, A/C units and exterior cosmetic issues.

Project Scope:

  • Comprehensive property inspection; insurance claim settlement assistance
  • Resident communication and coordination
  • Replace the roof and gutters/downspouts on 55 multifamily buildings, the clubhouse, and 82 multi-unit carports/garages
  • Remove and replace: 556 damaged windows, trim and flashing; 18 damaged sliding glass doors, trim and flashing; 1,035 window screens; 81 damaged garage doors
  • Remove and replace 14,850LF of window glazing bead
  • Repair condenser fins on 300 A/C units
  • Refinish exterior components at building facades; prep and re-paint three exterior elevations of all buildings

Challenges:

  • Access coordination for all units with window or sliding glass door replacement
  • Maintaining normal, safe access to all units
  • Health and safety of residents and general public throughout very active jobsite
  • Unpredictable, highly variable winter and spring weather conditions
