Description: Repair and remediation of construction defects on 10-story mid-rise building, including building envelope, plaza deck, elevated deck, and parking structure issues.

Project Scope:

  • Preconstruction and construction management
  • Resident communication and coordination
  • Parking structure repairs, including epoxy injection of ceiling and floor cracks; concrete deck topping repairs; installation of BASF traffic coating and sealants
  • Plaza deck repairs, including removal of existing coating; cove joint caulking; installation of BASF traffic coating
  • Elevated deck repairs, including removal of existing coating and steel deck grinding; slope correction; installation of diverter flashing; installation of BASF waterproofing system
  • Building envelope repairs, including stucco resurfacing; expansion/control joints installation; flashing & sealant installation
  • Interior and exterior cosmetic repairs
